Deutsche Meisterschaft in Potsdam – coming weekend

…freu mich schon auf die Deutsche Meisterschaft im 5-Kampf in Potsdam. Bedingt durch den Job und den MBA konnte ich zwar nicht viel trainieren, freue mich aber sehr darauf alle mal wieder zu sehen, und Fünfkampf ist immer super! Heute war ich seit Langem mal wieder Reiten

Berlin Marathon

my friend nic and I decided early this year to take part in Berlin Marathon. While training came a little a short due to several job tasks, it was great fun!! fantastic audience (1mill people) and the best weather you can get, maybe a little bit too warm for an easy marathon. until km 37 or so our mood was fantastic, suffering a little bit on the last 5k.
There is a nice saying one guy had on his shirt
„never again…until next time!“
